Quartz products for industrial use

Manufactured using the modern electric arc rotary melting process (SILARC) – an advancement of the Heraeus Rotosil® process – our products impress with their consistently high quality.

Our SILARC industrial products, such as bowls, crucibles, and tubes, represent top quality – made from exclusive TQS quartz sand, which guarantees the highest purity and exceptional chemical resistance. SILARC products deliver maximum stability and reliability at all times – whether in industrial applications at temperatures up to 1050 °C or in extremely demanding processes with short-term temperature peaks up to 1850 °C. For applications below 1050 °C, our SILARC products even achieve a virtually unlimited service life.

For optimal dimensional stability and load-bearing capacity, we also manufacture industrial bowls using the blow molding process.

TQS trays, round or square, made of SILARC

TQS SILARC trays are made from TQS’s own quartz sand either in the Arc Fusion Rotational Moulding Process or in the Blow Moulding process. They are very suitable for mechanical machining.

TQS crucibles, made of SILARC

TQS SILARC crucibles are made from TQS’s own quartz sand in the Arc Fusion Rotational Moulding process. They are also very suitable for mechanical machining.

TQS tubes, made of SILARC

TQS SILARC tubes are produced from TQS’s own quartz sand in the Arc Fusion Rotational Moulding process.
